We want to make sure every creditor's claim is handled fairly and without delays. Please go through these notes carefully before you hit submit — incomplete or missing details are the most common reason claims take longer to process.
Fill every field accurately
Incomplete submissions will be returned and may delay your review.
Upload supporting files
Attach documents, screenshots, photos, receipts, or bank statements that prove your claim.
Mention any prior payments
If NFGCS has already paid you partially, state the amount and date so we can reconcile correctly.
Double-check your contact info
We'll use your email and phone number to reach you — make sure they're correct.
Supported file types for upload
When filling the form, you can attach any of the following to support your claim:

Click the large green button above labelled "Submit Creditor Claim". This will open the official NFGCS Creditor Registration Form on Google Forms in a new tab.
Fill in your full name (or company name), your registered email address, and your phone number. Make sure these match the details on file with NFGCS so your claim can be verified quickly.
Enter the total amount owed to you, the nature of the debt (e.g. loan, unpaid invoice, contract obligation), and the reference date.
Upload evidence: Attach documents, screenshots, images, receipts, or any files that prove your claim. The more you provide, the faster we can verify.
Prior payments received? If NFGCS has already paid you partially, please state the amount and date so we can correctly calculate the outstanding balance.
Double-check all fields are correct, then click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation email. Our team will review your submission within 48 hours and reach out with next steps.
