If NFGCS Farm Estate owes you money or obligations, follow the simple steps below to submit your creditor claim through our secure form.

We want to make sure every creditor's claim is handled fairly and without delays. Please go through these notes carefully before you hit submit — incomplete or missing details are the most common reason claims take longer to process.

Open the Creditor Form

Click the large green button above labelled "Submit Creditor Claim". This will open the official NFGCS Creditor Registration Form on Google Forms in a new tab.

Enter Your Personal / Business Details

Fill in your full name (or company name), your registered email address, and your phone number. Make sure these match the details on file with NFGCS so your claim can be verified quickly.

Provide Your Claim Amount & Details

Enter the total amount owed to you, the nature of the debt (e.g. loan, unpaid invoice, contract obligation), and the reference date.

Upload evidence: Attach documents, screenshots, images, receipts, or any files that prove your claim. The more you provide, the faster we can verify.

Prior payments received? If NFGCS has already paid you partially, please state the amount and date so we can correctly calculate the outstanding balance.

Review & Submit

Double-check all fields are correct, then click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation email. Our team will review your submission within 48 hours and reach out with next steps.

What Happens After Submission?

  • You'll receive an automatic confirmation email from Google Forms immediately.
  • Our finance team will review your claim within 48 hours.
  • We may contact you for additional documentation or verification.
  • Once verified, your claim will be acknowledged in writing and processed per our settlement schedule.
